As a qualified Nutrition and Weight Management Consultant I have really delved into the science of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Whatever your goal may be: weight loss, muscle gain or achieving an healthier lifestyle, a 1:1 Nutrition consultation is a relaxed, non-judgmental and safe space to achieve your goals.



Information online and in magazines endorsing 'fad' diets (although now is much less common) is still very prevalent. Weight-loss coffees, capsules and pills are all over social media. I can't say, out of these products, what works and what doesn't. In the past I've tried weight-loss tea and fad diets. What I can say for certain, is that for my body these methods weren't sustainable. Spending £30 on weight-loss tea: which lasted a week, was completely unsustainable for my body and quite frankly did absolutely nothing for me. I felt like I'd completely wasted my money.

The science behind weight loss and generally being and feeling healthy is a balanced diet, restricting calories and really thinking about what you're putting into your body.

As a nutritional advisor I can work with you to analyse and study what is the best diet for you to achieve your healthiest self.
Availability
Due to current availability I am only accepting weight management and nutritional advisory sessions as an add on to existing 1:1 sessions, due to time restrictions. Whether this is a 1:1 Pilates session or a soon to be sport massage appointment (eeek). Any nutrition sessions can be added on for 30 minutes for a cost of just £10.

Sessions include, analysing your own personal body and lifestyle data, to find the best diet and nutritional plan for you, working through a food and exercise diary from the previous session, setting new goals and discussing how different methods fit within your own personal lifestyle, communication from week to week to discuss progress, send recipes etc.
